Join us for a morning of nourishment at the Wild Yoga Garden at Daelgate Market, Burnham Deepdale.

Beginning the morning with some breath-work laying the foundation to a gentle yoga + movement practice.

After a long relaxation with the sound of nature all around us, we'll step into the a pop-up style Sauna tent to warm our bones and sweat it out.

Finally gathering around the fire pit for brunch in the garden.

MAYU retreats will be creating a lovely brunch for you to enjoy. Keiran and Pamela are an amazing duo, Keiran the chef and Pamela a nutritionalist, together they combine their passion and knowledge of food to create, seasonal balanced nutritious healthy meals. www.mayuretreats.co.uk
