A morning of gentle Yoga, Breath-work and Relaxtion
This Summer join us for Sacred Sunday's at the Wild Yoga Garden ‘pop-up' held in the Orchard at Dalegate Market, Burnham Deepdale.
We'll be gathering on Sundays to enjoy gentle yoga in a 7m bell tent followed by optional sauna to leave you feeling replenished and revived.
If you fancy a very slow morning, why not extend it by joining a Sauna session post yoga? There is the option to book a seat after yoga and hang out in the Yoga Garden and relax and chat. These sessions an extra £15 per person, with a maximum of 4 people in the pop-up sauna tent at one time.
Spaces are limited, and must be pre-booked under Sacred Sunday Sauna Sessions.
Emilie will guide a gentle and steady practice on these mornings, beginning with breath-work and grounding yoga and movement to leave feeling revived and relaxed and ready to enjoy your Sunday.

Please bring your mat, a blanket and dress in clothes in accordance to the weather.
On sunny days, we'll practice al fresco in the Orchard.
These classes are held in the Orchard at Dalegate Market in Burnham Deepdale in our cosy 7m bell tent.
